How do I link my bank account?

  1. Login to the Tribevest platform: Tribevest login
  2. On the Primary Dashboard select your name in the Top Right Corner of your screen
  3. Locate the Source Bank Account section within the Personal Info tab of the Account Management dashboard.
  4. Click within the Source Bank Account section to initiate the bank account linking and verification process.
  5. Follow the prompts in Plaid to locate your bank, provide login credentials and select the account that you would like to link.
    1. Plaid does not fully support the integration of certain banks. In this case, you may be prompted to connect your account with account numbers. This will require you to verify using Micro Deposits. See this article for more detail
  6. You are now ready to schedule a contribution.

Plaid is a secure method used by banks and companies like PayPal and Venmo. Plaid verifies you are the owner of the linked account to allow ACH transactions to happen without Tribevest having to store any of your individual account details.

Re-verify Your Bank Account

  1. Follow steps Steps 1 & 2 above
  2. Locate the Source Bank Account section within the Personal Info tab of the Account Management dashboard. The Source Bank Account area will be outlined in red to indicate action is needed.
  3. Click within the Source Bank Account section to initiate the re-verification process.
  4. Follow the prompts in Plaid to locate your bank, provide login credentials and select the account that you would like to re-verify.
  5. You are now ready to schedule a contribution
