# What is Automated Report Filing and do we need it?

## Annual reports are an essential step in keeping LLCs in good standing with the state.

Our automated report filings service will submit required state reports on your LLC's behalf.  By choosing to enroll in this service with Tribevest, you will only need to focus on completing the initial report setup. Once you complete the initial setup, our system will automatically track state reporting deadlines, prepare your report for you to review, and file your annual report with the state.

Any franchise tax for your LLC is still a pass through cost to you. Our team will notify you well in advance to give you a heads up.
