What happens to my money if something unfortunate happens and Tribevest is forced to close?

At this stage, the business bank account is set up in the tribe’s LLC name and is fully controlled by the members of that LLC. If Tribevest would go out of business, the LLC would still have full control over the business account and all funds in the account.
