Select Your Role

This SOP outlines the steps to select your role on our platform as either an Independent Capital Aggregator (ICA) or an Investor upon login.

 

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Login Using Magic Link 0:00

  • Navigate to https://trident.tribevest.com

  • Enter your email address to receive a magic link to your inbox to login 

 

Step 2: Identify Your Role 0:10

  • Upon accessing the page, you will be prompted to identify your role.

  • Choose between 'Independent Capital Aggregator (ICA)' or 'Investor'.

  • Note: This prompt appears only if you have both roles in the system. If you need an additional role, please reach out to us. 

Step 3: Select Your Role 0:18

  • If you are both an ICA and an Investor, select the appropriate option based on your primary role for this account.

  • For this demonstration, select 'ICA'.

Step 4: Complete the Registration Process 0:28

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your role 

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you are selecting the correct role to avoid confusion once logged in
