2. Navigate to the Tribe you need to migrate the LLC account for.
3. Read and agree to the migration and transfer authorization in the module to begin the migration and transfer. If you have a $0.00 balance in your account you will not see the second checkbox for the ACH transfer. This will take upwards of 30 seconds to process, (a lot is going on in the background to open your new account!) so please be patient and do not exit your browser, tab or the modal window.
4. The Tribevest team will be notified of your consent. Once your new Tribe account is created, Tribevest will move your funds via ACH and they may take 3-5 business days to land in your new Tribe account. Your funds will not be available while the transfer is in progress. If you need access to your funds for business transactions before July 31 (extended to August 12), please reach out to us immediately.
5. You will see a balance in your "Business Accounts" tab on your Tribe dashboard once your funds are available. The UI is exactly the same as with our previous banking partner and you may use your new business account as your normally would.

How do I find my new routing and account numbers?
Navigate to the "Business Accounts" tab. Click "View Details" and select "Wire and Account Information" A pop-up will appear with your business account details.
Do I need to update how I receive ACH payments to my new bank account?
If you receive ACH payments to your Tribe account, you will need to reach out to those contacts and update that information with them by providing your new account and routing numbers. See above on how to find this new information. If an ACH is sent to your old Tribe account after August 15, it will be returned to sender. If it's sent before August 15, Tribevest will transfer the funds to your new account.
How do I see all of my prior transactions and bank statements? I don't see them anymore.
All historical statements from your Blue Ridge Bank tribe account have been uploaded to the “Documents” tab of your Tribe in a Zip file called “BRB Historical Statements - [Your Tribe Name]
How will I know my funds have been transferred to the new account?
Your account balance in the "Business Accounts" tab will reflect your old account balance. ACH transfer will take 3-5 business days so please be patience and bear with us while your transfer is being completed.
How do I deposit checks?
Check deposit is coming by the end of August. We are working hard to get this set up and ready. Please hang tight and we will inform you when this is ready.
Will my old debit card still work?
No. Your old debit card will no longer work. The ability to order new debit cards will be coming very soon. We are working hard to get this set up and ready by the end of August. Please hang tight and we will inform you when this is ready.
