I am unable to make a contribution from my source account

There may be a couple reasons you are experiencing issues scheduling a contribution. Here are ways you can troubleshoot

I am receiving a message when trying to schedule my contribution that states you were unable to verify my linked account: 

If you are getting the above error message when trying to schedule your contribution, this means there was an issue verifying your account securely with our banking partners. You will need to reach out to Tribevest, please reach out to support@tribevest.com.  

 

I am getting an error message stating 'Cannot create a contribution that will cause you to hit the maximum contribution limit of the funding round.' 

This error message means that the amount you are scheduling is over the allotted limit for the funding round you selected. 

To get around this error, do not select a funding round when scheduling your contribution. 

If you need to schedule within a funding round, reach out to your founder to have them increase the maximum limit.
