Navigate to the main dashboard.

Click on the 'Offerings' section.
2. Initiate Creation of a New Offering 0:17

Click on the 'Create' button to open the new offering page.
3. Fill in Offering Details 0:24

Enter the offering name.

Provide a description, utilizing formatting options as needed.
4. Upload Offering Images 0:45

Go to 'Documents' and select 'Create Offering'.

Upload images in the desired order (note: drag and drop is not available).
5. Add Address and Geolocation Coordinates 1:20

Input the address of the offering location (if applicable).

Obtain geolocation coordinates from Google Maps by right-clicking on the dropped pin and copying the coordinates. The Map will not show if the geolocation coordinate are not entered (fix coming soon).
6. Complete Branding Information 3:03

Upload your logo.

Enter your company name, phone number, and email address (optional).
7. Add Additional Information 3:50

Include links to webinars or videos (YouTube only).

Upload investment presentations or executive summaries (max size: 4 MB). If you have issues uploading documents because of the file size, please email us and we will assist.
8. Input Financial Information 5:08

Fill in the minimum investment amount, target investment amount, and investment deadline.

Optionally, add custom fields for additional details.
9. Preview and Save Offering 6:12

Click 'Preview' to review the offering details.

If satisfactory, click 'Save' to store the information.
10. Manage Offering Status 7:43

Navigate back to the offerings list.

Click on the offering to edit or move it to 'Start Soft Commit'.
11. Invite Investors 8:49

Use the platform to invite investors from your uploaded contacts or "Copy Link" and share the public offering link with your clients.

Ensure all required fields are filled out before saving the offering.

Remember to save your work frequently as there is no auto-save feature.
