How do I upload an Operating Agreement?

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to upload an operating agreement for your tribe and collect signatures.



  1. Login to Tribevest
  2. Select the tribe to which you would like to create an operating agreement for from the My Dashboard view.
  3. Select Settings from the top menu.
  4. Within the Settings options, select Operating Agreement from the left-side menu options.
  5. Click the Upload button in the top right corner. Your document must be less than 10MB and be in PDF format.
  6. Click the upload arrow to browse your files or drag your operating agreement into the box.
  7. Select whether your document needs to have signatures collected or not.
  8. Click Upload.
  9. Click Return to settings.
  10. Click the View button on the document to preview your Operating Agreement.
  11. If the document looks correct click Send for Signatures. This will notify all of your tribe members via email that there is an operating agreement for them to sign. 
    1. Your Tribe members will see this banner when they login to the Tribe:
  12. Sign your operating agreement by either drawing your signature or typing it. 
  13. When a tribe member signs the document the status indicator by their picture will turn green.
  14. After all of the members have signed the document it will be considered ratified. 
  15. Your ratified operating agreement will be available to all members in your documents section.
