- Select the tribe from which you would like to submit an LLC
- Only the founder will be able to submit the LLC for their Tribe. Upon logging into your Tribe, you will see your set up menu on the home page.
- Select 'Create & submit your LLC'
- Fill out the necessary information as prompted
In addition, you can choose for Tribevest to serve as your Tribe’s registered agent and provide compliance services. If you have not taken these steps yet, please log back in to complete the setup process.
