How do I activate my Tribevest Pro account if I invested as an entity?

Step by step instructions to activate your new Tribevest Pro account if you invested as an LLC, SDIRA, Revocable Trust or Irrevocable Trust.

1. You will receive an email from Tribevest to join the Tribe. 

2. Go to Tribevest and enter the activation code sent to your email. 

3. Complete your legal and personal information. This includes filling in legal and personal information for a Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering check with our banking partner. 

4. You will land on your personal dashboard you should see the Tribe you are a member of. You are currently a member of the Tribe as an individual. Before clicking into the Tribe, go to the upper righthand corner and dropdown to select "Switch Profile" > "Create New Profile" so we can setup your entity profile. 

5. Select how you invested via the "Entity Type" dropdown. You will be able to select from LLC, SDIRA, Revocable Trust (No EIN), and Irrevocable Trust (EIN). Complete the fields required and click "Create Business Profile." 

*If the "Create Business Profile" button appears to be spinning for longer than 1 minute, please "Refresh" your screen. You should see the new business you've created show up on your dashboard. 

6. Go to the upper righthand corner, select "Manage Account" to continue setting up your account in your new business profile. 

7. On the Account Management screen in the right column "Payout Account" please link your source bank account. This is the account where you want to send the distributions to. This will open a Plaid module to complete. If your bank is not listed, you may need to manually add and confirm via micro-deposits. 

*If you invested via an SDIRA, please send ACH instructions from your custodian to brittany@tribevest.com so we can send your distributions directly back to your SDIRA account. 

8. Go to your home screen. Click into your Tribe (you may need to switch back to your Individual profile with your name). You will need to now reassign your membership so you can see the Tribe that belongs to your new business profile. Go to the upper righthand corner or click into the Tribe you want to reassign and select "Reassign Membership" and select the Profile you want to associate to which Tribe. 

9. You're all set!
