Create a New Offering, Review, Edit, and Share Link with Your Investors
This SOP outlines the steps to create a new offering in Trident, ensuring all necessary information is accurately inputted and saved.
Key Steps
1. Access the Offerings Section 0:00

Navigate to the main dashboard.

Click on the 'Offerings' section.
2. Create a New Offering 0:17

Click on the 'Create' button to open the new offering page.
3. Fill in Offering Details 0:24

Enter the offering name.

Provide a description, using formatting options as needed.
4. Upload Offering Images 0:45

Go to 'Documents' and select 'Create Offering'.

Upload images in the desired order (note: drag and drop is not available).
5. Add Address and Geolocation 1:20

Input the address of the offering location (if applicable).

Obtain geolocation coordinates from Google Maps:

Search for the address.

Right-click on the dropped pin to copy coordinates.

Upload your logo.

Enter your company name, phone number, and email (optional).

Include links to YouTube videos or other relevant documents (max size: 4MB).

Resize files if they exceed the limit.

Fill in the minimum investment amount, target investment amount, and investment deadline (required).

If everything looks good, click 'Save' to store the information.

Click on the offering to edit or review.

Move the offering from draft to 'Soft Commit' if ready.
